Enquiry privacy notice
Updated 5 October 2026
This notice covers information submitted through the ShuShuPay enquiry form. It is not a payment-service agreement or a consent to marketing.
Information collected
Company or organisation name, contact email, enquiry type, message and page language. Your Merchant or Provider selection is optional. We also record the notice version, consent receipt time and a request identifier. Do not include bank details, passwords, API keys, identity documents or customer transaction data.
How we use it
To review your enquiry, contact you about it and complete related follow-up. Access is limited to authorised enquiry-handling staff. We do not use this consent for marketing or sell your enquiry information.
Retention and deletion
Personal information in active enquiry records is used only while needed for the reply and related follow-up. Once completion of that purpose or a verified withdrawal or deletion request is confirmed, authorised staff remove the company name, email, message and internal notes from the operational database. A minimal receipt and consent record remains to prevent duplicate submissions and record how the enquiry was handled.
Backup copies
Encrypted backup copies may remain under existing restricted backup and recovery controls and cannot always be selectively erased. They are not used for routine enquiry handling. If a backup is restored, completed deletion requests must be reapplied before enquiry handling resumes.
Your choice and requests
You may refuse consent; without it this form cannot submit your enquiry. To request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, contact us by email, quoting your receipt number if available. We verify the requester before acting. Withdrawal does not undo handling already completed. A record that must be retained under an applicable legal obligation is restricted to that obligation.
Spam protection
After consent, Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser user agent, site key and origin to check for bots. When you submit, your browser sends the security token, request identifier, notice version and SHA-256 digest of the exact enquiry request to a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare also receives request information such as your IP address, browser information and origin. Your company name, email and message contents are not sent to the Worker; they go to ShuShuPay. The Worker returns a short-lived verification proof, not an enquiry receipt. Our server separately receives the enquiry and issues its receipt. Cloudflare also processes Turnstile signals to improve detection as described in its notice.
